 Today in class we took notes and learned a few facts about The Native Americans.We took notes on what we think that native Americans were back then like stereotypes.An example is that all native americans have to wear a costume.That whenever you are face to face with a Native American that supposedly your gonna die and they will eat you.Its what tye media and people say and people believe it.We took notes on about the differences of religion and myths.Religion is when you have faith in something and is shown to be true.Myth in the other hand is a story telling making something up and not shown to be true.People say alot of myth and cause people to believe them.

 

 Today in class we went over a article of dress code and annotating the passage.The article was about why we should have a dress code and the reason behind why prisoners have jumpsuits.Dress code is a policy of what you are wearing wherever you go that provides that policy.If its in school,church at someones house,stores and many more.You have to respect the rules even if you dont like it and dont want to follow them.There are plenty of more reason why dress code is allowed and should be followed.

   Manuel Perez American Literature Blog My name is Manuel a student at Lakeside Highschool.Some goals I have for this year and for school is to make sure im turning in all my tasks on time.Make sure im trying on each assignment.To stay on task meaning don’t mess around in class know when to be serious in classes cause not everything is funny and being at school you have to be more respectful and show you have manners.What i want to learn more or just need help with in American literature is making sure i know how to right my story well spelled and changing words to make my story interesting.To use words that people rarely use to add more detail to the paragraph I write.To understand more of the meaning of American literature and what it may help me with in the future.
